We wish you a Happy New Year! Please note that only Friday branch timings will change effective Friday, 02 January 2026. 

The new Friday timings are:

  • All Branches: 7:30am – 12pm
  • Al Nakheel (Ras Al Khaimah), Emaar (Dubai), Khalidiya (Abu Dhabi):
    7:30am – 12 pm & 2pm – 8pm
  • Mall Branches (Dragon Mart & Motor City): 10am – 12pm & 2pm – 9pm

All Branches (except Mall Branches) - Closed on Monday, 1st December 2025 and Tuesday, 2nd December 2025. Operations will resume on Wednesday, 3rd December 2025.

Mall Branches (Dragon Mart Branch – Dubai & Electronic Banking Unit – Motor City, Dubai) - Closed on Monday, 1st December 2025. Operations will resume on Tuesday, 2nd December 2025.

Cheque Deposits
Cheques deposited after the cut-off time on Saturday, 29th November 2025 will be processed on Wednesday, 3rd December 2025.

Fund transfers

  • Instant processing:
    • For Personal Banking customers:
      • Local transfers and credit card payments of up to 50,000 will be processed instantly
    • For Business Banking customers:
      • Local transfers and credit card payments of up to 50,000 will be processed instantly, provided they are eligible for AANI instant payments
      • RAKBANK Money Transfers will continue to be processed instantly
  • Post-Holiday processing:
    Transfers exceeding these respective limits, or those in foreign currencies, will be processed after the holiday.

Loan, finance, and credit card payments
If your payment due date falls on Monday, 1st or Tuesday, 2nd December 2025, please ensure that sufficient funds are available in your account on Wednesday, 3rd December 2025 to avoid any inconvenience.

We would like to inform you about a scheduled service downtime to enhance our systems.

Date: Sunday, 16th Nov 2025 
Time: 2am to 6am

During this maintenance window, the following services will be unavailable:

  • Internet & Mobile Banking (App): No online banking activities.
  • IVR (Interactive Voice Response) & Webchat: Automated phone services and live chat will be down.
  • All ATM Services: Withdrawals, deposits, and balance inquiries will be affected.
  • Digital Applications (Retail & Business Accounts, Credit Cards): New account and card applications will not be processed.
  • Digital Wallets, E-Commerce, Debit, Credit & Prepaid Card POS Transactions: Payments at point-of-sale terminals will be disrupted.
  • CBWSI-Immediate Payment Instruction (IPI) service: Immediate payment instructions will not be processed.

Please make prior arrangements for your banking needs before 2am on Sunday, 16th Nov 2025 to avoid any inconvenience.
