You can start earning cashback by spending a minimum of 2,000 per month on your Titanium Credit Card

Cashback is only applicable on retail transactions. Balance transfers, local cash advances, credit card cheques, finance charges, fees charged by the bank, transactions reversed by merchants and other transactions determined by the bank do not qualify for cashback.

Yes. The higher cashback earning categories include: Supermarket - 5% cashback Dining - 5% cashback Cinema - 50% cashback Video streaming subscriptions - 50% cashback

Other retail spends are all retail spends except for the higher cashback earning categories (supermarket, dining, cinema & streaming) and reduced cashback earning categories

Standard retail spends - 1% Retail spends via E-Wallet - 2%

Monthly cashback amount for the different spend categories are capped as follows: Supermarket - 100 Dining - 100 Cinema - 100 Video streaming subscriptions - 100 Standard retail spends - 100 Retail spends via E-Wallet - 100

If your cashback in these categories exceeds the cap of 400, the excess spends will not earn additional cashback.

An E-Wallet is a digital service that allows you to make secure electronic transactions without the need for cash. Examples of e-wallets are: Apple Pay, SAMSUNG Pay, Google Pay, etc.

No, there are no processing charges for redeeming cashback.

By using the RAKBANK Titanium Credit Card at any store, you will automatically earn cashback. This will not be deducted from your bill at the store. Instead, it will be reflected in your monthly statement. 

No cashback will be provided in these cases. Only retail spending will qualify for cashback.

Yes. Shopping and utility bill payments made through the internet will qualify for cashback.

Yes. Unredeemed cashback expires in 15 months. Redeem it within that period or it will be forfeited. You can start earning cashback on retail transactions as soon as you activate your card and start using it.

You can use your cashback amount in any way they choose. If there is an outstanding balance on your card when you redeem your cashback, the amount will be applied to that balance, reducing the amount due to the bank. If you have no outstanding balance, the cashback will be reflected as a credit balance that you can use for future purchases. Please note: Only the primary cardholder can redeem the cashback and it cannot be transferred or encashed.

Yes. All RAKBANK Titanium Credit Card customers will be automatically enrolled for the cashback facility upon card activation and can start earning cashback by spending a minimum of 2,000 per month.

The minimum amount that customers can redeem at any instance is 100.

In case you spend in a higher cashback earning category with your e-wallet, the cashback percentage applicable for the higher cashback category will apply:

• Supermarket: 5%
• Dining: 5%
• Cinema: 50%
• Streaming: 50%

The incentive for E-Wallets is only applicable on 'other retail spends' and not on the higher cashback earning categories or reduced categories.

In case you spend in a higher cashback earning category with your E-Wallet, the cashback caps applicable for the higher cashback category will apply:

• Supermarket: 100
• Dining: 100
• Cinema: 100
• Streaming: 100
