Whistleblower Policy

We encourage anyone who has information regarding fraudulent activity, including employees, service providers, partners or customers to speak up and make a difference. You can help protect the interests of RAKBANK and the wider community by reporting any suspicious activity you may come across.

You can report any suspected fraudulent activity, including but not limited to bribery, theft, embezzlement, financial crime, gross misconduct, non-compliance with laws and regulations, workplace health, and safety concerns, or any other behaviour that breaches RAKBANK’s Code of Conduct or policies.

Associate Vice President Conduct Compliance / Group Chief Compliance Officer are the designated and independent persons to whom all whistleblower reports can be addressed. You can be assured that your report will be treated with the utmost confidentiality, and you will not be subject to any form of retaliation for making a report in good faith.

You should report any suspected fraudulent activity as soon as you become aware of it or are reasonably certain of its existence. Timely reporting is crucial in mitigating the potential damage caused by fraudulent activity and can help prevent future incidents.
