RAKBANK extends its support to customers through a comprehensive range of products and services, aiming to foster inclusivity, availability, and equal opportunities for all. In its commitment to exceptional customer service, RAKBANK offers more than just products; it has developed a suite of offerings designed to support customers regardless of their economic standing and experience.

As part of the financial inclusion initiative, RAKBANK has tied up with Edenred, under which RAKBANK Wage Cards are issued to the Blue collared worker segment wherein the wage credits are processed directly on the wage card. In line with the Bank’s objective to bring financially inclusive products and services to the blue collared workers, Advance Against Salary (AAS) facility (Wage Card) is offered to these customers in a secure manner through an authenticated & simple to use Mobile Application.

Understanding every aspect of finance enhances one's ability to positively impact society, making financial literacy an essential life skill. We are committed to raising the standard of financial literacy in the communities where we operate through comprehensive training and educational programs. As part of our social responsibility and to further the UAE's growth, we aim to empower and support diverse groups of people to achieve financial stability and security in the future.

The results of the employee engagement survey also showed a great sense of social and environmental responsibility and interest in driving sustainability among our staff. Consequently, and in order for them to contribute to our Bank’s efforts in promoting an environmental and social culture as well as to allow our colleagues to voice their preferences, we established a series of councils to drive the journey.
