Coverage Details Breakdown

Buildings Coverage Details:

  • Fire and allied perils: covered up to the sum insured
  • Loss of rent or cost of alternative accommodation: covered up to 20% of the sum insured
  • Damage to services: covered up to 10% of the sum insured
  • Breakage of fixed glass and sanitary fixtures: covered up to the sum insured
  • Owner's liability to the public: covered up to 2,000,000

Contents Coverage Details:

  • Accidental damage: covered up to the Sum Insured
  • Theft of keys: covered up to 1,000
  • Spoilage of food in the deep freezer: covered up to 2,500
  • Fatal injury benefits: covered up to 50,000
  • Visitors personal effects: covered up to 2,500
  • Occupiers personal and employers liability: covered up to 2,000,000
  • Tenants liability: covered up to 100,000
  • Personal belongings, valuables, and portable equipment: covered up to sum insured
  • Personal money and credit cards: covered up to 2,500
  • Important documents: covered up to 3,000
